Space Planning/Design Development/Interior Decorating

• Interview to determine client needs, schedules and budgets.
• Conceptualize design plan and establish functional and aesthetic goals.
• Inventory existing furnishings and other items to be reused.
• Provide space plans with furniture layouts.
• Assist in developing the project timeline.
• Develop budgets on all interior finishes and interior improvements.
• Assist in material, finish and furnishings analysis, recommendations and specifications.
• Design all interior details.
• Provide sketches and/or presentation boards of home decor selections and furnishings.
• Review and coordinate furniture layouts with lighting, electrical and communication plans.
• Coordinate and purchase fine art, antiques and decorative accessories.

Renovation/Construction/Project Management

• Plan potential construction/renovation.
• Assist with selections of all exterior and interior materials.
• Provide reflective ceiling plans, lighting plans, audio-visual and communication plans.
• Wall and floor finish plans and schedules.
• Interior details and design, including cabinets, millwork, etc.
• Furniture installation drawings.
• Confer with, advise and provide contractors, as necessary.
• Coordinate and review drawings with contractors.
• Maintain project schedules.
• Review all bids and pricing.
• Provide on-site inspections during construction.

Fee Structure

Our initial consultation is complimentary.  We charge an hourly rate for the services we provide, which include:

• Project analysis through client interviews during consultations.
• Design and concept development with fabric, furniture, wall, window and flooring options.
• Space planning with furniture layouts, and visuals such as, floor plans, elevations and presentation boards.

As Interior Designers, we receive discounts, of 10-50%, on most furnishings and services, which we pass on to the client.  A commission based, purchasing fee of 25%, is then added to the discounted or cost price of all such purchases and/or services.
